I see what you’re going for but I feel like overall.. all these pieces together is.. a bit TOO much.

If anything I’d change.. a couple things..

• the dress to a sleeker black dress without the details.. 
• as far as accessories..one or the other, bracelet or the necklace.. not both.
• shoes.. a platform pump instead of the bad ass detailed Louboutins. 

Just some suggestions..

Don’t overkill on the accessories. I understand it’s black an you want to have that be somewhat of a neutral base so it calls for something to POP as far as bling (gold/silver) but if you overdo the accessories.. it ruins the outfit.
